"A" Qvevri Rubicone Rosso IGT
A beautifully and carefully made organic wine made using Georgian traditional method in large, egg-shaped terracotta clay pots. Made with the Centesimino (Red Sauvignon) grape, typical of this Romagna wine region, the wine is medium-bodied, elegant, floral and fruit-full. Dark berries and warm spices on the nose with a clean, high-clarity and juicy finish. A wonderfully presented bottle of wine that feels very special as soon as you pick it up.

Production: In Georgian amphora for a duration of at least 6 months
Pairings: Perfect with roasted and grilled meats, traditional regional stews and risotto with mushrooms.
