We cannot wait to send you some of our lovely wines!
There are some things to be aware of, so please read this information prior to ordering.
COVID-19 update: DPD is keeping us updated daily as to their service, which they assure us is running normally. Amazing.
Firstly, we can only accept orders from over 18s, and all deliveries must be collected by over 18s. To ensure that we responsibly deliver your wine, we operate a Challenge 25 scheme with our preferred delivery partner, DPD.
Challenge 25
Our trusted partner for delivery, DPD, will be operating a strict Challenge 25 scheme at the point of delivery. Please have a valid form of photo identification (ID) ready for when your delivery arrives. Your order will not therefore be eligible for being left in a “safe place” but can be delivered to a neighbour as long as they are over the age of 18. Your neighbour is also required to produce ID if required.
If a delivery driver suspects someone to be under 25 and that person is unable to produce a valid form of ID, the delivery will not be made. If this is the case, re-delivery can be arranged for another time when you do have your valid ID available.
Acceptable forms of ID include:
- Passport
- Driving Licence
- National ID Card
Costs of Delivery
We like to keep things as simple as possible.
- £10 for all orders up to £149.99.
- All orders in excess of £150.00 are not charged for delivery.
DPD, our preferred delivery partner, will attempt to deliver your order up to three times.
We recommend providing your mobile telephone number when ordering from us. This way DPD can keep you updated as to when your order will arrive. You can also download DPD’s app to help manage your delivery.
